Residents of Elmina Valley 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 will receive a complimentary 1Gbps Time Fibre Home subscription for a duration of 24 months subject to service activation date. As we are launching gig-speed broadband in Malaysia, existing subscribers have been upgraded to 1Gbps. New subscribers for Elmina Valley will also get to enjoy these new speeds upon subscription.

The subscription comes in two parts – a broadband service that is complimentary and a voice service that is chargeable on a pay-as-you-use basis. Charges for the voice service will be reflected in your monthly bill.

The 1Gbps broadband service is complimentary while the voice service is chargeable on a pay-as-you-use basis. You may also opt for one of two other voice packages available at a fixed monthly rate. Please refer to www.time.com.my/elmina for more information.

In the event you forget to pay your voice charges, your voice service will be suspended until payment is made. This will not affect your broadband service and you can continue to use your broadband service until expiry of the complimentary service.

You are given a 24-month period to enjoy the complimentary service upon service activation or up to the expiry date of the complimentary service, whichever comes first. The end dates are as follows:

Subscribe to Time Fibre Home at least one week before the end date and install your service 4 days before the end date to enjoy a few days of complimentary broadband.

You have a 12-month grace period to subscribe to fully enjoy the 24 months of service. In order to enjoy the full 24 months of complimentary service, you must subscribe by these dates:

Upon subscribing to the service online, you will be asked to choose an installation appointment date and time. The earliest available appointment for installation will be two weeks from the day of subscription to the service.

You will receive the following devices on the day of your service installation:

  • Optical Network Unit (ONU)
  • Wireless Router

Time has set up your voice service with a Closed User Group (CUG) feature that will function as an intercom. With this feature, you may call the guardhouse or any house within your community for free! For more information, you may refer to your residents association.

The CUG feature comes with your Time Fibre Home subscription and you will have to continue subscribing to Time Fibre Home after the complimentary period to enjoy this feature.

Prior to the expiry of the service, we will send you a reminder SMS and email. These reminders will give you a link that will direct you to a website where you may opt to continue your Time Fibre Home subscription once you agree to pay for the monthly charges following the expiry of the complimentary service.

Yes, you may. Available plan options will be offered to you when you opt to continue your Time Fibre Home subscription.

Since the complimentary service is available for 24 months, you don’t have to terminate the service before expiry. However, if you wish to do so, you may contact our Customer Service at 1800 18 1818.

You can also opt to transfer the balance of the complimentary period by requesting a transfer of ownership to the new owner or tenant.

In both instances above, any outstanding voice charges must be cleared in order to transfer ownership or terminate your subscription.

The complimentary service is exclusive to Elmina Valley developments and cannot be transferred to other properties.

Yes, your tenant can subscribe to the complimentary service. In the event they move, the account can be transferred to another tenant or back to you, the owner. Please contact our Customer Service at 1800 18 1818 to arrange for transfer of ownership.

If you are subscribed to the Time Voice Home Lite or Time Voice Home Max plan, you will still be charged the monthly fee even when your broadband service has been suspended. It will stop being chargeable once the account is terminated.

If you are subscribed to the pay-per-use Time Voice Home Basic plan, you will be charged according to how much you use during the suspension period.
